Thanks. I'd not heard of using the foliage colors for identification. I'll have to wait till it stops raining again to check.
As for height, I would guess that it is a Border Bearded or an Intermediate Bearded because the stalks are about 26 inches tall. The stalks stand just a bit taller than IB Honey Glazed, but it is not as tall as your typical TB. Like a BB the blossoms are large on sturdy stems.
However, I've been told that height isn't a good clue for identification, as it is affected by too many conditions. Honey Glazed is supposed to be 24 inches tall, but mine never is.
