Look underneath your leaves: it could be leaf mold.

I don't know I tried a fungicide and it didn't get rid of it so I'm not sure what to do? The plant looks healthy just a few leaves have those spots

I have the same thing with my tomato plants in the greenhouse. I've just been removing the icky leaves, but haven't found any bugs on them.

Sometimes things like this just happen on tomato plants. Unless it starts taking over the majority of the leaves and they start falling off, I wouldn't worry.

If only a few leaves look like that it's most likely leaf scorch.
Nothing that you can do about it but it won't spread.

Sometimes lighter areas in the leaves like that indicate a lack of certain nutrients. Are you using s complete fertilizer on the plant? Tomatoes are fairly heavy feeders.
