Hello,

Some of the leaves on my Cherokee Purple tomato plant have been curling (image attached). The plant appears to otherwise be healthy, and there are no acute environmental factors that I can chalk it up to (regular watering, pretty stable New York summer weather, etc.).

They are in a large pot with store-bought potting soil. The pot is on a deck that receives bright sun for most of the day. Watered daily, in the evening, though the days are going to get hotter so I am now going to now begin watering in the mornings. I haven't fed them anything, but have an organic kelp fertilizer I'm going to use on my other (healthy) plants.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Seems it could be a lot of things, so I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem with this specific plant, and what ended up happening.

Let me know if I can provide any further information or clarification, and thank you in advance!

Physiological leaf roll. Completely harmless and happens to everyone. In some climates it'll happen pretty much every year on every plant because it's the plant reacting to extreme weather conditions.
