Thread OP

I have several zucchini and sweet squash plants in containers on my patio and something is eating large chunks out of the young vegetables. The plants themselves appear to be fine and I don't see any evidence of critters or bugs, so I have no idea what this could be. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

so frustrating!

Chipmunks are pretty common and I so rarely see them but I think they are more common than I know.
Plant it and they will come.

Most likely a rodent: I cannot tell if a mouse, a squirrel or what, but definetely looks like the kind of damage they cause.
