This is a new plant for me. I was thinking possibly "Love In A Mist", but I see it is Fennel Flower aka "Spanish Love-in-a-Mist" or Nigella papillosa. Banners are very educational for me. I learned a new garden plant today. Thanks Casey for a unique banner & plant. Thumbs up
