Yes it does. If you look in the database you can see photos from different times of the year.
Here it is in May. Sorry the photo is so blurry.

Marilyn this is a completely different species of plant. Sadly you are one zone to cold for this one. Sad
This one was taken in Sept. You can really get a feel for the size in the photo. It is a wonderful delosperma, it plays nicely with all the other plants. It is a slow grower, but so worth the wait.
