I have a tri forked cutting but it looks like one of the tips is going darkish black. If I cut the black tip will it still grow? Or am I best to just cut the branch off?

You can cut it back till you see clean, white tissue. It will push out new tips from where you cut it.
Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

Hi. Could anyone verify if this is black tip on my plumeria tree? I live in a zone 9 with desert sun over 100 most of the Summer. This tree had many black tips I thought were sunburned. They continued to turn partially black. The bottom of the stem has some outside bark missing. Help! My neighbors have beautiful blooming plumerias in the same intense heat.
