Now that the season is dwindling maybe more 'Floral Practitioners'...(is that a word?) will have more time to create more beautiful floral arrangements than stuck with all the garden chores . 💐

I buy small vases at thrift stores. I fill them with cuttings from my garden and give them to my friends on their birthdays.

This one, which I did a couple of days ago, has Gomphrena 'Fireworks', dendrobium orchid, liriope blooms and fern leaves.

Some people have said its strange because I'm a guy who likes floral designs I mostly like old stuff going as far back as time began and I'm also a treasure hunter and for example medieval designs had lots of floral patterns in all sorts of things, the Victorians even used it and they were crazy about new exotic plants as well. During the 1800s house plants and plants in general was a big thing.
