Gorgeous banner Casey.

Peonies make me think of my Mom, who passed away on Feb. 14, 2016. She grew them at the different homes they lived at. She grew 2 to 3 different varieties, that I remember. I don't remember if my Mom grew more than 3 varieties at a time.

I remember Mom cutting a bunch of peonies when they were in bloom and bringing them inside for all to enjoy.

I've haven't gotten around to growing peonies, but I think about it every year, since she passed away.

Please post the full size pic to goes with the banner. I'd love to see it.

Do you know what the variety name is of this beauty?

How lush and lovely. I can almost smell them when I look at your photo.

Like Marilyn, my Mother also grew them and would cut bouquets. The fragrance would drift through out the house. Lovey dubby

I was fortunate to inherited these when we bought the house. I'm guessing they're Festiva Maxima and were planted by the first owner. They do have the most amazing scent. Marilyn, I'll try and find the pic for you. Big Grin
