Help! Monstera albo damaged aerial roots

So, I received my monstera also in the below condition. Is it still viable? All three of the aerial roots are damaged will it still root? Would you ask for a refund? Thank you in advance.

I think it can still be rooted, but personally I would ask for a return if the seller's pictures didn't show the damage.
