Hi everybody!

I'm new in the forum and I'm very glad to join you to talk about this wonderful plant.

As you will see in the attached photos, some of my plumerias have dark spots on their flowers when blooming.
Can anybody help me? Any idea about the reason of it?

Welcome! It could be caused by anything, really. Not a major concern. I have plants that do that periodically. Sometimes just from directly spraying the blooms with water. As long as your plant is healthy, no need to worry. Couple blooms with a mild case of it below.

Hi again and thanks for your kind comments.

I live exactly in Mordor! It's a joke, sorry. I'm located in the north of Spain (Bilbao), in a region called Basque Country. I was kidding about Mordor because the weather here is awful, and I've been able to root and grow about 20 plumeria plants brought here from my trips to some tropical countries.
