Thread OP

I very recently got into gardening, and decided to try out some Aunt Molly's Ground Cherries with some seed starting stuff. I started the seeds in rapid rooter plugs about a week ago, and I have a few that seem to be acting strangely. Is this normal? I can't tell if what is sticking out of the plug is stem or root (I didn't cover some of the plugs' holes as an experiment), and I'm not sure if this is good or bad. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
