Before hard freeze. Make it more manageable to cover. Plus, it will be this big again by late spring early summer. I'd definitely give all of it away if people wanted. I've already had a few neighbors ask me about it.

The only insect problem that I usually have with it is spider mites. Occasionally hungry caterpillars. I rotate between floramite sc and minx miticides whenever applicable. Does the trick and lasts for a couple months.
