I may have overwatered and it's been struggling ever since. I've lost so many leaves, all turning yellow. Should I repot? It has grow lights on it at night and it's getting low indirect light during the day

The pic outside is when I got it several months ago.

I haven't grown this, or many, Philo, myself. This looks like one my sister was given, and grew in Pensacola, outside, full shade, left for natural rain fall.
As it loses leaves, do take care with the water, it will use less and less. I think the pot is borderline too big.
what kind of growlights? The indirect day light may not be doing much. That all may add up to "much less light energy" going to the plant.

Just some guesses..
Plant it and they will come.

I think I'm going to move it to a smaller pot! Thanks!

Just let loose soil fall, use good quality airy soil, dont do anything crazy like 'washing off' the roots. Rolling my eyes.
Plant it and they will come.

Your plant looks like a juvenile Thaumatophyllum xanadu

It was formerly in the Philodendron genus of plants but at some point in recent years, scientists moved it to the genus Thaumatophyllum.

I'm curious as to whether that pretty pot has drainage holes in the bottom? The pot appears a bit too large and the Philo. may be planted a bit deeper than necessary. My eyesight isn't the greatest anymore but in the photo, the potting media looks kind of dense/heavy to me. I'd advise adding lots of perlite to the soil to lighten it up and help with aeration and adequate drainage.

For comparison to your plant, my photos below from our database show my T. xanadu when it was still a young plant in 2007 and the photo on the right shows how it looked in summer 2018:

Hello all!
I am in desperate need of help with my 3/4 dead Prince of Orange Philo. There are gnats and I've trimmed and trimmed but the leaves keep turning yellow and brown and falling off. This is the last one that is left. Are those new ones growing?? Is all hope lost? Thank you!

@Randilorraine Your soil needs to dry out and there is too much of it for the current size of your plant. I would suggest repotting into a smaller pot, clay would be best, with good drainage. Lose the top dressing too.

What type of soil are you using?
How do the roots look?
Is it getting good light?
I see that it's near a window. What is the temperature like in that spot and is it getting any cold drafts?
I have found that coffee, tea, and rose can all agree on one thing... water everyday.
