some type of Sedum. You should be able to propagate the plant easily from cuttings and probably even leaves (provided they are intact all the way to the base). If you want I can move this thread over to the Sedum forum for a closer look by people who are into that genus, but the activity over there has been pretty light in recent weeks.
The one with green and purple leaves is called Echeveria nodulosa 'Painted Beauty'. It requires high light to thrive and is very difficult to maintain indoor.
You might be able to keep it alive by giving it the best light you can and watering very lightly once a while and move the pot outside in the spring.
