This yummy veggie grows wild in the Pacific Northwest and is best enjoyed from Spring through fall. It can be found along the tops of the beaches (the area that is still sandy, but furthest from the water.)

Samphire is correct! 😊It also is called sea asparagus, sea beans, pickleweed, and there are even more!


Here's another one to guess:

This one grows in partly sunny areas, often grassy areas where the soil is fairly moist. Great in salads!

Here's another plant to guess! It grows on rocks mostly and it likes full or part sun. The leaves are good on salads.
