This looks to be an Autumn Fern, not a Japanese Painted Fern.

Edited to say that your other uploaded pictures appear correct (those look like a Japanese painted fern).

Unless that's a different green fern surrounding the emerging Painted Fern which I can see can be confusing.

The emerging leaf looks different than another picture Jathton posted that also has an emerging leaf (which looks like that of a painted fern).

But, I am not always correct, so that is a possibility!
