I support the continuance of heirloom vegetable seeds here.... I have received seeds of tomatoes, beans and peppers from members that I have pledged to produce seed from, so these local heirloom varieties won't be lost.

Yep. Big fan here as well. I'm hoping to settle on what works here best but still experimenting thus far. Most of the heirloom tomatoes I've tried weren't setting any records for production but they were awfully good. That said, some of the oddly shaped ones end up with so much scab between folds that a lot gets wasted cutting it out.
