Anyone know what these orange speckles are on this Philodendron? I purchased it two months ago, and it's been doing well. It had the speckles when I purchased it. Is this natural speckling on the plant? Or is it something to worry about? I've found a lot of mixed information about it online, some people saying it's normal, others saying it can be a nutrient issue. Any ideas?

What it looks like to me personally are the little areas of tissue damage that occur when water droplets get on the leaf surface then are super heated by too much light, which then causes a 'mini cook out' on the leaf
