Some time ago I was at a flea market and got this dish. At first I was going to use it in the garden on a table or something.

maker mark...

Then weeks later, we got two bowls, a plate, and another dish similar to the one above...

I can't really tell how to spell the maker name. I tried reverse image searches, and keywords like lizard pottery bowl plate, etc.

On maker name, Bebant, Bebont, Beband, Bebond, etc?

Has anyone seen these anywhere? Any info would be appreciated.

Found it! Alas, the potter has passed on. I believe the potter was Don G. Bebout (1931-2018).

I think it spells Belau.... can't make out that last mark. I can't find anything online. Sad I suspect it'd not a big name artist, which would make it difficult to find online if so.

Well dang, I can't read cursive then. And I was incorrect twice. Sighing! At least you figured it out!

THANKS! I couldn't read it either! Looks like I'm late for this party though. LOVE the lizard pottery.
