Many aroids will grow in moss for prolonged periods of time, as long as you pay attention to giving them proper nutrition. Especially ones that are highly epiphytic, because it just mimic what they would do in nature.
The best way to do this is to grow it in a clear plastic container that you can see the root system through. One that has adequate drainage holes. You can place this into a more decorative pot.
