Thread OP

My pineapple is established but the weather hasn't been ideal. It was raining, then sunny, then cold, then cloudy, then sunny but windy, then sunny, and now it's cloudy again. I've given it a lot of water and put it where the sun usually shines, but it hasn't better. Is there any way the save it?

No, but I'm planning to grow one this year, I'm intrigued by some videos I've been watching.

It looks like a double whammer of too much water and temperature/light stress.

We had a BAD rainstorm last week, and it was mostly cold and cloudy before then, so you aren't far off.

Young pineapple plants are VERY fussy, especially when it comes to watering: it's usually advisable to grow them indoors where watering (and temperatures) can be kept under control until they are strong enough to be taken outside.
