Thread OP

Okay, so I've had my alocasia for about a year and a half n to 2 years now. And this winter it pushed out some of the biggest leaves thus far. It also stared pushing out what looks like a pup? What are your thoughts here people.. Is this a shoot pushing out? I may repot it this spring and check it for bulbs. But I'm not really sure what to look for here. Anyone have any experience harvesting bulbs?

Its hard for me to tell, my eyes are not that good. It could be a shoot, but it may also be a satellite tuber.

My ALocasia infernalis in my terrarium went dormant so I took it out and potted it up and moved it to the greenhouse. It should re-emerge soon. But in the meantime I accidentally left at least one satellite tuber in the terrarium and it is growing a new plant
