Hi everyone I hope your bees have done well through the winter.
We had 7 hives survive out of 10. the 7 hives what are you have been very busy the last few weeks. We had some ice and snow here last month but the bees seem to have done well in spite of the weather.
Now we are having warm sunny days this week and the crocuses are blooming and they are heading out over the farm collection whatever else is available.
How are your bees doing?

I wonder how bees in Texas handled the uncharacteristically cold weather. Anyone?

I had 14 out of 17 survive. I've already done my rotations and they're starting on drones. I'm looking forward to making splits Hurray!
