Anyone know if there is a chance mine survived in a pot outside, after single-digit temps? I'm guessing it's gone. Not sure where I could get any more.

Sorry Linda, I don't have one and I don't know where to find one.
By the way, the Escarpment black cherry you gave me some time ago is doing well and growing, thank you so much. Smiling

Oh, I'm so happy that tree is doing well! The ones on my property range from a few very tall in the front of the property to under 20 feet elsewhere. The front has deeper soil. My Condalia hookeri tree has new leaves now, so it made it.It was weird seeing that without leaves after the big freeze, since it always had foliage before.

Yes the big freeze has done a lot of strange things, all of our live oaks defoliated, but they are coming back. Smiling

The Condalia hookeri managed to flower and produce berries this fall in spite of the drought. Love that little tree! Native plants rule...especially those that can survive extra bad freezes and drought. Barbados cherry produced seeds also this fall. I think it was the bad freeze last year that made it decide to spread out and now I probably should dig up a new plant or two to move elsewhere or give away.

No, it didn't. I don't think it's very cold hardy. Haven't seen any for sale.
