Um, 2 thoughts. Look at the trunk (the real stem). Is there any white striping?

2nd thought, It may be uneven nutrition. What is your fertilizing regimen.

3rd, you plant is not a Monstera obliqua. Its a round form M. adansonii that is sometimes called Monstera adansonii lecheriana

Hello, thanks for your kind help Gina, i attach some photo of trunk.. i don t see white stripes. The strange thing is that yellow leaves stay alive a lot. I use same fertilization program of other aroid, i use orchid fertilizer 4 4 4 with fish mix and bio heaven (biobizz) . Fishmix is more or less fish manure. Bio Heaven stimulates enzymatic activity and the rapid absorption of nutrients, while increasing the amount of chelate of essential macro and micronutrients. Plants are consequently more prone to encapsulate hydration and better resist moisture stress, is also a source of carbonic acid for soil microorganisms.

I thought maybe you had a variegated form for a minute but I don;t see any white on the stem or petioles. Perhaps they are just old leaves dropping off? Overall the plant looks healthy

yes is strange also to me expecially because usually in aroids are older leaves yellowing when new one sprout and it s faster, here yellow leaves stay alive for 3 week or 1 month before die....and are all yellow without damage
