Thread OP

Hi everyone new to the forum and semi-new to gardening in general. I have been having the hardest time deciding what to do with my poorly designed backyard. I will try and upload some actual photos later today if I have time to But I have submitted my 3d model for now. If you can see it on the picture the main part of my yard slopes to the middle and the main part of the yard is about 30'x40' the drop is about 1-2 feet from either side.

Any ideas would be great as I am struggling right now. I'm not sure if a retaining wall would be doable/worth doing in this scenario or not.

Are you able to add a pic of the area? Does the slope go down toward the house or down away from the house?

The most important thing for any plant is location. If you can fill-in some of the spaces in your profile such as your location and/or garden zone, the feedback can be more specific and relevant.
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.
