Our cats keep killing the baby rabbits in the spring.
Does anyone know of a fencing that is sized to allow mother rabbits but block cats?

It's sad, but your cats are doing you a big favor. Every year I have so many plants eaten by rabbits. I need a few cats!

Cats and bunnies are so nearly the same size, that there is no fence that will keep just cats out. Cats can climb well too, so they would go over some fences.

If my cat didn't eat the rabbits, I wouldn't have a garden left. The rabbits have eaten so many of my plants and trees that the least they can do is supply my cat with food.
