I believe this is the same specimen shown in the
@frankrichards16 shot taken 9.5 years earlier
I didn't measure the height of this specimen when I photographed it, but to my eye it seems to have exceeded the predicted ultimate height (12 inches), though not by much. You can tell that it has grown during the time between Frank's photo and mine, but not by a lot, and I think it's a cultivar that does recommend itself for miniature gardens.
