Hello, just wandering if anyone can help. Have brown/red spots on the leaves then they tear from those spots. Mostly at the tops of the plants. and Few pics to look at. I spayed neem oil but that's about it.Thanx

The buds were attacked by a pest (stink bugs?) before they started opening. What you are seeing is basically scar tissue that becomes well visible as the leaves grow and unfold.
There's really nothing you can do right now but the damage is merel cosmetic.
