Was gone for a week and just got back. The leaves of my new cuttings grew a lot, however, I noticed these yellow bumps on some of the stems. Also the small claws have some black edges and the bigger leafs are curled under. Any help on what is going on is much appreciated.

@jcdoc107 I have not seen these on mine. But I have 50+ so maybe I just didn't notice it.

Is this a rooted plumeria. If it is,It looks to me like it is just waking up from dormancy.

Ok, you may be right that these are extrafloral nectaries (I searched it online). At any rate, it doesn't sound harmful to the plumerias.

Looks like your plumeria is pushing out leaves even if not yet rooted, that is a good sign that you have a healthy cutting.
