I'm not quite sure what the problem is, she seems to be losing her bottom leaves slowly one at a time. I just want to know if this is normal or not. I have her in a glazed pot with a drainage hole and I have been watering her about every two weeks, and her leaves are very closed at the top. She is still growing new sets of leaves, and I do have her under a growlight. Is it possible she's under too much light and not enough water?

It looks like K. marnieriana Marnier's Kalanchoe (Kalanchoe marnieriana)

I would try watering more often.
