I have a watergarden with koi fish. I have floating planters and am looking for flowering plants that like to always be in damp ground. Living in WI, our season is short so am looking for color. Sun most of the day.

Look into Marsh Marigold (Caltha palustris) or Lizard's Tails (Saururus cernuus). Have you checked into bog Iris of different kinds? I just got some at Ensata.com.
