Can You Identify This Vine Weed Please!

I have this invasive vine weed which will consume my garden if not checked, which I have to do every year.

Pulling it up does not kill it, I want to try some weed killer but want to identify it 1st

Can you also tell me the best way to get rid of this thing!

I looked up Carolina coralbead, my vine weed does not produce red berries as far as I can remember, but I never let it get to that stage before pulling it up, so you could be correct

Certainly the pictures of it look very similar

It could be that it doesn't get to that point or isn't pollinated. It's a native vine, though so while aggressive it isn't invasive at least!
