Just grabbed this bad boy from my local shop in the AM, need help identifying, I think it's a succulent?

Wow, what a find! That's really smashing! It's a Crassula. Compare to Crassula perforata variants, such as:
Rosary Vine (Crassula 'Baby's Necklace')

I think so....sort of like Burro's Tail which is also a succulent. Really cool!
