Looks like a small Cyclamen or not!

Fixed it for you Rj. It sure does look like a cyclamen seedling. The ants are attracted to a sticky sweet coating on the seeds. In the process of eating this coating they move the seeds around. Some of them live for 20 years.

It looks like a Heuchera to me. Cyclamen just produce one leaf the first year.
