I went out the other day and found these worms eating my mountain laurel that I grew from seed several years ago. I sprayed it with a good soaking of Neem oil but it seemed not to do anything to help (I've sprayed twice, top and bottoms of leaves the best I could). What might be the best thing to get rid of these?

It's a caterpillar - probably the Uresiphita reversalis, with an ugly moth to follow - but unlikely that it will do enough damage to do any permanent damage to your ML. If you can't remove by hand and dispose of them you might treat with BT

Thanks, I tried to find some BT on Amazon but they appear to be out of the single bottles and I don't need a case. I did find some Ortho up at our lumberyard that from what the insects controlled list says may work for me.
