My hens and chicks were doing fine and then they just started dying. Like they turn yellow and get really smoshy then brown and fall apart. If you look at the video closely there are little bugs.

Can you also add more info like what is it planted in, soil type? Where, sun or shade? How often do you water? How long have you had it?

I agree with Sue, it would be very helpful to us if you could post a photo. I see you live in Petersburg, Indiana. Looks like you have been getting some very hot weather and high humidity. Also the other questions Sue asked would help us figure out what the problem might be.
