Did you find these in potting mix? If so, they are likely fertiliser.

The only one I can see with any clarity in your pix is one on the leaf, and it looks like caterpillar frass. I also see what looks like a marigold in that grey bin (?) Is anything eating the flowers? Sometimes the frass (poop) of caterpillars or other chewing insects will take on the color of whatever they are eating. I don't think they are fertilizer pellets, which are usually perfect spheres.
