A friend of mine gave me this plant - is a delicate ground covering plant, the parent plant is in a greenhouse with rainforest ecosystem. It has small green leaves, connexted in pairs to tiny clear stems. From every node clear roots originate.

Any ideas of the taxonomy? For reference the pot is 85 mm (3.3 inches) in diam.

Thank you! And thank you both heheheh yes that's the one. I took a small cutting and now it's growing well. It looks so delicate.. I want to make it grow until it overflows
