This is currently hanging over the wall next to my apartment and I was curious. Black berries growing in clusters, broad leaves with many rounded edges and tiny pink flowers. Any help?

This is indeed Lantana. They come in many forms. Some cultivated forms have been bred as groundcovers but there are many forms that grow erect. Lantanas are very poisonous.

Ok, thanks. Ill have to pull it as we have a lot of animals around. Thanks for the help everyone!

Lantana is a ubiquitous part of the landscape here. Harmless unless ingested, like so many other common landscape plants. Butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds LOVE Lantana.
