First time poster! Can someone identify this mushroom growing in my indoor plants? I have a cat and babies and want to know if they're toxic or not. I tried a mushroom identification app and it gave me different types

A pic would help, but if you have any concerns as to the toxicity of the fungus, just get rid of it.
