This houseplant is my sister's and we both are struggling to identify it, because if you look up "leafy green houseplant" for SOME reason it's hard to narrow things down! Any help identifying would be appreciated :)

That looks like a Hawaiian Ti Plant, Cordyline fruticosa.
I have found that coffee, tea, and rose can all agree on one thing... water everyday.
