Flowering Crabapple. This photo was taken when the Grape Hyacinth had formed seedheads. They were, amazingly, very attractive and served as a great counterpoint for the Heuchera foliage.
One day, at the foot of the clump of Larkspur, we found a volunteer wildflower that was very diminutive and very beautiful. It was Adonis aestivalis [Pheasant's Eye] and I just thought it was worth sharing...................................
