I got this plant from my mother and it was doing great outside for months, lately it's been looking terrible and I'm not sure what to do about it since I don't know what kind of plant it is. Im thinking some type of succulent? Does anyone know what plant this is and how to get it back to healthy?

Moss Rose (Portulaca grandiflora)

I can't tell you what they like, they do the same thing @ my house too.

It's Fall and that's what they do, even in San Diego. You have to start over in Spring since they're annuals.

Also needs a pot with drainage holes...does that cute little pot drain?
