Sorry for the delay in replying Laurie - it's been a combination of topping peonies and phlox and digging up way too many dahlias Sighing! Of course I adore them in the Summer so there has to be some effort involved some time!

The hydrangea (yes, in my garden) has turned out to be much nicer than I expected so I will be looking for a more prominent position for it next year. It is supposed to grow to about five feet (so much for LITTLE lamb D'Oh! ) but at two years planted here it is barely three feet high. I will post a pic as suggested.
