It looks like a hybrid and there are zillions of them out there, so you might not be able to pin down a name. These milii hybrids tend to have larger leaves and larger cyathia than the species.
A very pretty Crown of Thorns (Euphorbia milii) but I don't believe it's really possible to know an exact cultivar name if the plant was not labeled at time of purchase.
