This immediately got my attention... but my first thought was "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"! I hadn't heard of that site before. Although, after some Googling about it I'm very tempted to pull the trigger. So it isn't a subscription, but legit full software licenses? And, I don't have to sign up for a paid subscription to use the humblebundle site either?
I've been using Corel Photo-Paint 9 for.... I think like 20 years? My dad bought me the whole Corel Draw 5 Suite some years before that as a gift, but I mostly just used the Photo-Paint part so upgraded that at some point. When I re-installed Windows on my computer earlier this year for a fresh start, for the first time I didn't install Photo-Paint.
It had become problematic to use. Any photos I edited with it had all their metadata wiped out when I saved them, which was annoying since I now use that data a lot for labeling and organizing my photos.
I now mainly use Picasa for organizing, basic cropping, adjustments, etc. (Yeah... that's old software too. Apparently, I don't do well with change and I'm cheap!) I reserved my Photo-Paint use for the more advanced stuff mainly when digitizing old family photos. Stuff like recreating damaged sections with cloning, layers, drawing, airbrushing. I also sometimes would have fun creating some artwork like putting our pets into classic paintings as people.... the "dogs playing poker" style! It looked like the newer Paint Shop Pro would do those types of things, so I've had an older version saved in my Amazon shopping list for a couple of years now pondering if it's worth the price, or if I should just use freeware. Thing is I tried the GIMP a few times and found it so different from the Corel stuff I'd used for so long, that I just couldn't get the hang of it. This bundle may be just what my cheap old a$$ needs! This is even making me think of breaking out my old Wacom graphics tablet and seeing if it still works. It uses a serial port! I did get a USB adapter for it many years ago though.
