Lots of mesquites in South Texas and all I've seen have been the same kind. But then I found this one with a few others nearby that looks like a different variety/species. The leaflets are much smaller. Any idea what this one is called?

The first three photos are of the mesquite in question. If I remember correctly, the trees behind the one in the third photo are identical to the tree in question. The last photo is the mesquite I've only ever seen around here before.
