This tree is near our home near SF Bay. My app gives me various IDs including Corymbia citriodora, Eucalyptus gunnii and Eucalyptus robusta. Your help would be much appreciated.

It is most likely Eucalyptus globulus. In your area it is considered an invasive exotic.
